Hello everyone! Today I'd like to share with you a card that I made for The Ton November challenge: HOLIDAY.
Actually, I don't have The Ton stamps suitable for the holidays, and I have only the Fresh Cut Anemones stamp set, so I decided to change this flowers using watercolors to make them look like Christmas poinsettias.
First, I stamped the flowers and leaves with light ink on watercolor paper. Then I took my wet paintbrush and went over them with water to blend them and give them a watercolored look. After that I've added the detail with Gansai Tambi watercolors.
Then I watercolored the background with more of the same colors. I stamped the sentiment with Versamark ink onto a stripe of green cardstock and white heat embossed and adheared onto my watercolor panel. To finished my card I've added a few sequins.
Thank you for stopping by!
