SSS Fresh Bloom Release Blog Hop Day 2

Hello and Welcome to the Simon Says Stamp Fresh Bloom Blog Hop, Day 2! 

I'm so excited to join this Blog Hop today! Make sure to read until the end if you want to know all the details and how to participate in a giveaway. 

For my first card, I blended some distress inks onto white piece of cardstock. I used Cracked Pistachio and Scattered Straw. After ink blending I splattered my panel with the same inks and white paint.

Next, I stamped the images from Dog & Cat Dress Up stamp set with black ink, colored them with copic markers and die cut with coordinating dies.

I mounted the images on top of my panel with foam tape. Lastly, I embossed the sentiment in white on a tiny stripe of black cardstock and adhered it on top of my card with foam tape. To finished my card I added a few clear sequins.

For the second card, I stamped this cute cat with black ink onto white piece of cardstock and colored with Copic markers and die cutting with coordinating die.

 Next, I die cut a heart window out of light grey panel using SSS Ornate Love Coordinating Die from You are Loved release. 

For the background I used patterned paper from my stash. For the sentiment, I stamped Love You from SSS Ornate Love Stamp Set with black inks and die cutting with coordinating die.
