Studio Katia Spring Bouquet

Hello everyone! Today I have a floral feminine card for you that I made using Studio Katia Spring Bouquet stamp set.

First, I stamped the flowers from Spring Bouquet stamp set with black waterproof ink on watercolor paper and colored the image with watercolor paint. Once my coloring was done, I added some shading using prismacolor pencils and die cut the image using coordinating die.

Next, I die cut a panel out of white cardstock using die from Dotted Patterns Set 1 and stamped a sentiment onto the panel using black ink.

Next, I made few Friend word die cuts out of white cardstock and glued them together to create more dimension and to make it stand out on my background.

Then, I trimmed a panel out of mint cardstock and added an embossed grid using a bone folder and scoring board. This adds a more interested look to the background. Lastly I mounted everything onto a white card base using foam tape and added finishing touches using sequins and Clear Nuvo Drops.

Thank you all for stopping by!

Studio Katia March 2018 Release Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to our March 2018 Release Blog Hop. This release includes 9 new Clear Stamp Sets and 5 sets of Coordinating Dies, 4 new stand alone Creative Dies, 2 new Stencils and 12 new Embellishments!

I hope you came from amazing Dana but if not, please check the full blog hop list in the bottom of this post.

I made two cards with beautiful Floral Cross stamp set to celebrate our new release!

For my first card, I stamped the floral cross on a piece of kraft cardstock with black ink, and colored with Prismacolor pencils.

When my coloring was done, I white heat embossed Happy and die cut the word Easter using Script Easter die.

Next, I die cut my panel with SSS rectangle die and foam mounted onto piece of patterned paper and added a few clear sequins as a final touch.

For my second card I stamped a cross on a white piece of paper with black ink, colored with copic markers and fussy cut using scissors.

Next I blended white pigment ink on a piece of mint cardstock, over the handemade cloud stencil.

I then used the larger of the new Fancy Circle wafer dies to create my frame, and adhered Crystals to the frame.

Next, I mounted everything together and my card is complete!
