Hello and Welcome to the Altenew Watercolor 36 Pan Set Release Blog Hop + Giveaway! I'm so excited to join this hop!!! You should have come from Norine Borys, but if not please start at the Altenew blog.
This beautiful set of 36 vibrant watercolor half-pans coordinates perfectly with Altenew line of ink. They are intensely pigmented, fade minimally when drying, and some colors have lovely granulating effects
They are stored in a convenient plastic case, designed with space for your brush (included) and a palette in the lid for mixing.
Some of the case lids snap off upon opening and can easily snap back on after you are finished creating so you can store your mixed paints with the rest of the pan colors.
The set contains:
- 36 Artist Grade Watercolor Half-Pans
- Plastic Case
- Water Brush
I made four cards to celebrate this Blog Hop!
For my first card, I used amazing Floral Arrangement stamp set. I stamped the flowers and the leaves onto watercolor paper using Coral Berry and Frayed Leaf Altenew inks.
Then, I watercolored the images using Altenew watercolors in the same shades.
For the sentiment I die cut the word Hello from Floral Arrangement coordinating die set and gold heat embossed Sweet Friend from Birds of a Feather stamp set onto tiny stripe of light grey cardstock.
For my second card I used Build-A- Flower: Carnation stamp set.
I think the small floral branch looks like lilac, so I stamped this branch onto watercolor paper using Deep Iris Altenew ink and the leaves with Frayed
Leaf inks.
Leaf inks.
Then, I watercolored the images with Altenew watercolores and splattered my panel with the same paint.
For my next card, I stamped beautiful flower from Peony Spray stamp set with black waterproof ink onto watercolor paper and watercolored it with Altenew watercolors.
Then, I slightly watercolored the background and splattered it with the same paint.
And finally, I used Dearest Friend stamp set for my last card. I stamped the beautiful flowers onto watercolor paper with black ink and watercolored with Altenew watercolors. Then, I stamped the sentiment with black ink and adhered my panel onto kraft card base and finished my card with sparkling sequins.
