Studio Katia May 2018 Release and 2nd Birthday Anniversary Blog Hop + GIVEAWAY

Hello everyone! It's time for the Blog Hop celebrating Studio Katia new release and 2nd Birthday! This release includes 6 new clear stamp sets and 4 coordinating dies, 4 new stand alone Creative Dies, 2 stencils and new embellishments!

 To celebrate our new Release I decided to make a shaker card with brand new Under the Sea stamp set!

 CARD DETAILS:

 I've started by stamping a few images from the set and colored them with Copic markers and also die cut with coordinating dies. 

For my background, I blended some mint, light blue and orange inks onto white paper and spllattered it with clean water. When it was dry, I splattered it again with the same inks. 

Next, I created a shaker window using die from Dotted Patterns: Scallop Square | Creative Dies set and filled the shaker with 3M Crystal Sequins, Radiant Pineapple Fusion and Enchanted Sea Fusion sequins. I also added light blue panel on top of my shaker base, that I die cut with one of Dotted Patterns: Simple Borders | Creative Dies set and stamped the sentiment with black inks on top of my shaker base.

 Next, I foam mounted the images on my card and my card is complete!

Studio Katia New Release Preview Day 3

Hello everyone! This week is Studio Katia new release week !!! The release will be available to purchase on Friday 25th. 

I made a shaker card with brand new Lovely Blooms stamp for Preview Day 3.

 First, I stamped the flowers with clear embossing ink on watercolor paper and heat embossed it with metallic embossing powder. 

Next, I watercolored the images with muted pink and coral paints for the flowers and sepia paint for the leaves and splattered it with some of the leftover paint and also with a solution of Perfect Pearls. 

Once my coloring was done, I’ve added more shades with my colored pencils. Next, I die cut a shaker window out of my watercolored panel using brand new Scallop Window die and put my shaker together with foam tape adding sequins.

Simon Says Stamp May 2018 Release - Sending Sunshine

Hello everyone! It's a New Release day at Simon Says Stamp and this time is called Sending Sunshine collection!

 I want to show you my card featuring brand new "You are My Sunshine" wafer dies.

 First, I stamped the center image of "Center Cut Burst" background stamp with clear embossing inks onto watercolor paper and then white heat embossed.Then I wet my paper and slightly colored the background with some peachy orange and beige paints.

Once my background was dry I splattered it with the same colors and also splattered it with gold paint. Next, I die cut the sentiment "You are My Sunshine" from new Sending Sunshine release a few times and adhered them all together with gold die cut.

 At last, I foam mounted my watercolor panel on top of Neenah Desert Storm card base and finished my card with sparkling sequins!

Altenew Build-A-Flower: Morning Glory Release + GIVEAWAY

Hello everyone! Today I have two cards to share using the new Build-A-Flower Morning Glory stamp set from Altenew. 

Altenew have a special release of a Build-A-Flower Set every month and this month it’s the turn of the Morning Glory.

For my first card I stamped the flowers and the leaves with Morning Frost Altenew inks on a piece of white paper. 

Next, I colored the images with my Polychromos pencils, to make the flowers more realistic. 

When my coloring was done, I blended Frayed Leaf Altenew inks on my panel and stamped some branches and leaves with the same inks and added clear sequins to finished my card.

For my second card I blended Ocean Waves Altenew inks in the corners of white panel. 

For the flowers I used Frosty Pink, then Coral Berry and Ruby Red. I do not use other layers of the flower to make my flower soft look. I used Frayed Leaf and Forest Glades for the leaves. 

 I decide to add two branches from Forever And Always and Wings of Hope stamp sets on my card for more intersting look. I used Altenew Golden Peach Crisp embossing powder for gold heat embossed brunch and die cutting with ccordinating die. Next, I foam mounted the flowers on top of my panel and added clear sequins to finished my card.
