Altenew Artist Markers are alcohol-based, allowing you to beautifully blend colors onto any stamped images. Our diverse range of stamps is perfect for these markers. You can also easily pair them with Crisp Dye Inks to take your coloring to the next level! The colors in this set are designed to complement ink colors, so you can take the guessing game out of the way when coloring. The markers each have a brush tip and a fine tip. They are ergonomically designed for easy gripping, as they have slightly flattened edges which will not roll off your desk.
I made three cards using these markers for today’s Blog
For my first card I stamped the flower images from Spring Daisy stamp set with masking technique using Sand Dunes Altenew Crisp Die Ink and colored the images using yellow shades as a sunflowers.
I used C001, Y205, Y612, Y823 from Set B and Y024 and R056 from set C for the flovers. I also used the green markers from set A for the leaves.
Then I've added some details with my polychromos pencils and heat embossed the sentiment from Enchanted Iris stamp set on a piece of light grey cardstock and trimmed to a banner.
I made my first video tutorial to show how I used these markers. You can see my video here or wath it in HD at YouTube.
If you are interested in the second part of my tutorial, where I used colored pencils, please subscribe to my channel and leave me a comment. I will share the second part of this video as soon as I'll have 500 subscribers. I appreciate your support! Thank you for watching!
For my second card I did a really basic coloring with new markers.
I stamped two floral clusters from Just Because stamp set with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored the images from dark to light using some purple, blue, yellow and green shades of markers.
I used R902, B002, R926, B016, Y024 from set C and C002, R702, R823, R705 from set B for the flowers and some greens from set A for the leaves.
Then I blended some light geen and yellow inks around the flowers and added highlights with white jel pen.
For my last card I used the same technique as in the first. I've started by stamping the roses and leaves from Winter Rose stamp set using Sand Dunes inks.
Then I colored the images with Altenew Markers. I used R400, R301, R101, R206, R217 from set C for the roses and WG01, WG03, WG05, WG07 for the leaves.
Then I added some very light details using my polychromos pencils, to make the images more contrast and volume.
After that I blended some Blush Altenew Crisp Die Inks ink in the corner and then heat embossed the sentiment from Forever and a Day stamp set.
